Concerning certificates for negative test results

Please make your request for the certificate at the reception desk.
Certificate (PDF file) will be sent to you by email.
Please bring your passport to our reception for issuing the English certificate.

  • Test result certificate (English) for travel purpose

    • The test result certificate only shows the consequence of the PCR test but does not guarantee its holder’s smooth entrance to a country/region.

    • The content of our test result certificate is based on the certificate format of the Japanese Quarantine Station.

    • Different certificate formats may be required due to the country/region. Please check on the official information of your travel destination country/region.

    • The validity of the test result certificate is recognized differently by each country/region. Please inform us of your travel destination at your reservation beforehand.

    • Our clinic only conducts Real-time PCR tests for saliva samples.

Q & A’s

Q1 When is Fire Clinic less crowded?
Our clinic is less crowded between 12:00 and 16:00.
(Please do not call us inquiring about the availability.)
Q2 What do I bring with me to Fire Clinic?
If you need a negative test result certificate for your travel, please bring your passport and a document indicating your flight details.
(And commonly, your payment - cash or card - for the test.)
Q3 How long does it take for the test result?
〇Speedy Plan: resulting in 4~6 hours.
〇24-hour plan: resulting in 24 hours.
〇72-hour plan: resulting in 72 hours.
* The test report/certificate will be sent to you by email after the test results.
* If a doubtful reaction is seen at a test, we will conduct a reinspection, which its result will take longer than expected. Please kindly understand.
* We are not responsible for any loss due to the unpredictability of the inspection timespend.
Q4 How do I learn my test result?
We send the test result to you by email.
The email service provided by your telecom carrier (au, docomo, SoftBank, etc.) may automatically categorize our emails as spam mails.
We suggest you provide us a google or yahoo email address.
Q5 How does Fire Clinic inspect SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19?
We inspect our clients’ saliva samples by Real Time RT-PCR test method.

Greetings. Coronavirus disease (SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19) is deeply affecting human being’s everyday life. Having seen a great quantity of people suffering from the stress caused by the disease, I decided to contribute to society by starting to conduct PCR tests for those in need. I believe by taking the test and knowing its result, the anxiety of the Coronavirus disease can somehow be eased to a better extent. We also provide vaccinations against the Coronavirus disease.
